The Hong Kong Gold Exchange (HKGX) announced that due to Black Rainstorm Warning Signal being declared by the Hong Kong Observatory, the market trading arrangement is as follows:
1. Electronic Market
Electronic trading platform remains open, all transactions continue as usual
2. Open Outcry market
If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal remains effective at 8:00 am, Open Outcry market will be close during morning session.
If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lifted before 12 noon. Open Outcry market will resume trading in the afternoon session.
If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still remains effective after 12 noon .Open Outcry market will be close for the day.
